After registering your account, your Account Page will be created; submit your application through your Account Page.

I agree to use the guarantor company designated by the Company*1 and to undergo the screening process conducted by the guarantor company in connection with the execution of the lease agreement.
*1 An initial guarantee fee (40% of the monthly rent) and an annual renewal guarantee fee (JPY 13,000 per year) will apply.
After you select your preferred floor plan at the “Floor Plan Presentation Meeting,” the guarantor company will conduct a screening of the lease agreement applicant (the primary applicant). Depending on the circumstances, you may be asked to submit additional documents.
